| When building an addition in Maryland, here are a few things to think about before you begin. |

Interview contractors in your area, If you live in Annapolis interview contractors there first, If you don't find one you are comfortable with then start looking in other counties. |

When you believe you have found the right contractor ask them for References, Licenses information, and insurance information. If they have any problem with this move on to the next one. |

Contractors use Sub Contractors!!! Are Roofers are not going to be the one who also install your plumbing. Be careful if a contractor tells you they do there own Plumbing, Electrical Etc..., |

And last but not least the final price, I know you may think that it's all about the money and cost of the job, but cheaper is not always better. |
